The title, those three letter word

Disappointments, Frustrations, these strike almost all people including me Three years ago when I received the title, I was so positive to what will happened to my career. But that was three years ago and now is a different story. Now I'm no longer positive, in fact to be honest I'm disappointed and frustrated. The title, those three letter word, I felt getting that is useless. Three years ago I felt that when I got those three letter word extended to my name I'll be okay, I think I'll be able get a good and enjoyable job but I don't. While others have struggle about their love life, mine is a different scenario. My struggle is all about my career. I felt that nothing had happened to my career since I got those three letter word extended to my name three years ago. I transfer from one job to another three times. I felt that I'm not significant enough for the company even though I tried my best. Three times, yes even in my present job I felt that I'm not being given the chance to prove myself that I can take what it takes to be good at my job. Frustrations, frustrations, frustrations! Frustrated to my employer who don't appreciate my work and who never see my worth. Years ago back when I was a student and reviewing, I really study hard, I do my assignment on time, I even spend sleepless night just to study. I tried my best to graduate with an average grades, I tried my best to pass and get those three letter word extended to my name. But now I felt that all my hardships during those time are worthless. Yes I graduated with an average grades, and got those three letter word extended to my name but what did I get in return, I didn't get a job that would give me a chance for professional growth. Perhaps, if those three letter words were not extended to my name I think I would feel okay to what's happening in my career but I have those three letter word so I expected more from my career. So, here I'am disappointed and frustrated with my life. But hey! there's more to life than that... With or without those three letter word extended to my name I'am who I'am, a person love by God. Why should I get frustrated and disappointed when there's a lot of blessings and good things happening all around me??? I just need to opened my eyes, look around and thank God for it.  One thing, when I graduated with an average grades I know it's God who had help me and then the gift I received from God three years ago, those three letter word extended to my name, I know it was God who had help me in reviewing and who had help me pass the exam, there are no words good enough to thank Him for that. And my job, I thank God for it even though I don't get the growth that I desires, at least I got a job while thousands of other don't. And there's my family and people around me who cares for me (though I know there's only a few) and then my most precious gift from God, my salvation. Sorry Father God for being like the Israelites who keeps on grumbling and complaining instead of being grateful. STOP COMPLAINING! STOP BEING DISAPPOINTED! STOP BEING FRUSTRATED! START BEING GRATEFUL FOR ALL THE BLESSINGS GOD IS SHOWERING UPON US

Jesus didn't condemn sinners neither does He tolerates sins

We, sometimes felt that some people are being unfair to us especially when they don't give in to what we want. When we want something and people didn't approve it, we often feel offended, we even felt that our rights are being violated. But what we don't realize is that it is better for us that we don't get all the things we want especially when what we want could only harm us. So what's the point??? Gays and lesbians had this issue about their right of getting married. Well they had the right to get married but married with the same sex??? No, A big NO. A state that doesn't allow same sex marriage is not in anyway violates the rights of the homosexual. Same sex marriage is a SIN. A sin that could only harm them for sure. I heard of wedding ceremony in Baguio. A pastor of a small church in Baguio officiates a same sex marriage... Imagine same sex marriage??? What was the pastor thinking when he accepted to officiates the wedding? Is he really a pastor? Because if he is, he would in no way accept to perform that wedding because it is not just out of the norm, it's a SIN, Well what's happening in this world? Let me just point that I'm not discriminating the gays and the lesbians nor am I condemning them. I have no right whatsoever to judge or to condemned them because I'm not perfect. I'm just same as they, sinners. Marriage should only for a man and a woman. The Bible is clear with that.
But for Adam no suitable helper was found. So the LORD God caused the man to fall into a deep sleep; and while he was sleeping, he took one of the man’s ribs and then closed up the place with flesh. Then the LORD God made a woman from the rib he had taken out of the man, and he brought her to the man. The man said, “This is now bone of my bones and flesh of my flesh; she shall be called ‘woman,’ for she was taken out of man.” That is why a man leaves his father and mother and is united to his wife, and they become one flesh.
- Genesis 2:21-24
“‘If a man has sexual relations with a man as one does with a woman, both of them have done what is detestable. They are to be put to death; their blood will be on their own heads
- Leviticus 20:13
God created woman as a helper for Adam not another man. God created man and a woman so in the same way marriage is for man and woman. Well they might say that God loves them anyway despite who they are. Yes, God loves us for who we are, God loves us despite being a sinner but God hates sin. God did not send His son to condemned the world but to save the world through Him. Jesus did not come to condemned the world but to save what was lost. Jesus didn't hate, didn't discriminate nor condemned sinners but Jesus hates sin and does not tolerate it.

At dawn he appeared again in the temple courts, where all the people gathered around him, and he sat down to teach them. The teachers of the law and the Pharisees brought in a woman caught in adultery. They made her stand before the group and said to Jesus, “Teacher, this woman was caught in the act of adultery. In the Law Moses commanded us to stone such women. Now what do you say?” They were using this question as a trap, in order to have a basis for accusing him.
But Jesus bent down and started to write on the ground with his finger. When they kept on questioning him, he straightened up and said to them, “Let any one of you who is without sin be the first to throw a stone at her.” Again he stooped down and wrote on the ground.
At this, those who heard began to go away one at a time, the older ones first, until only Jesus was left, with the woman still standing there. Jesus straightened up and asked her, “Woman, where are they? Has no one condemned you?”
 “No one, sir,” she said.
“Then neither do I condemn you,” Jesus declared. “Go now and leave your life of sin.”
- John 8:2-11

Jesus did not condemned the adulterous woman but Jesus did said to leave your life of sin, in other version He says "Go and sin no more"

I'm stressing once again that I'm not judging, discriminating or in any way denying their rights. I have no right to judge, "Do not judge or you to will be judged" - Matthew 7:1.
