"And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to his purpose" - Romans 8:28

"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future" - Jeremiah 29:11

"Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him and He will make your path straight" Proverbs 3:5-6

The title, those three letter word

Disappointments, Frustrations, these strike almost all people including me Three years ago when I received the title, I was so positive to what will happened to my career. But that was three years ago and now is a different story. Now I'm no longer positive, in fact to be honest I'm disappointed and frustrated. The title, those three letter word, I felt getting that is useless. Three years ago I felt that when I got those three letter word extended to my name I'll be okay, I think I'll be able get a good and enjoyable job but I don't. While others have struggle about their love life, mine is a different scenario. My struggle is all about my career. I felt that nothing had happened to my career since I got those three letter word extended to my name three years ago. I transfer from one job to another three times. I felt that I'm not significant enough for the company even though I tried my best. Three times, yes even in my present job I felt that I'm not being given the chance to prove myself that I can take what it takes to be good at my job. Frustrations, frustrations, frustrations! Frustrated to my employer who don't appreciate my work and who never see my worth. Years ago back when I was a student and reviewing, I really study hard, I do my assignment on time, I even spend sleepless night just to study. I tried my best to graduate with an average grades, I tried my best to pass and get those three letter word extended to my name. But now I felt that all my hardships during those time are worthless. Yes I graduated with an average grades, and got those three letter word extended to my name but what did I get in return, I didn't get a job that would give me a chance for professional growth. Perhaps, if those three letter words were not extended to my name I think I would feel okay to what's happening in my career but I have those three letter word so I expected more from my career. So, here I'am disappointed and frustrated with my life. But hey! there's more to life than that... With or without those three letter word extended to my name I'am who I'am, a person love by God. Why should I get frustrated and disappointed when there's a lot of blessings and good things happening all around me??? I just need to opened my eyes, look around and thank God for it.  One thing, when I graduated with an average grades I know it's God who had help me and then the gift I received from God three years ago, those three letter word extended to my name, I know it was God who had help me in reviewing and who had help me pass the exam, there are no words good enough to thank Him for that. And my job, I thank God for it even though I don't get the growth that I desires, at least I got a job while thousands of other don't. And there's my family and people around me who cares for me (though I know there's only a few) and then my most precious gift from God, my salvation. Sorry Father God for being like the Israelites who keeps on grumbling and complaining instead of being grateful. STOP COMPLAINING! STOP BEING DISAPPOINTED! STOP BEING FRUSTRATED! START BEING GRATEFUL FOR ALL THE BLESSINGS GOD IS SHOWERING UPON US

Jesus didn't condemn sinners neither does He tolerates sins

We, sometimes felt that some people are being unfair to us especially when they don't give in to what we want. When we want something and people didn't approve it, we often feel offended, we even felt that our rights are being violated. But what we don't realize is that it is better for us that we don't get all the things we want especially when what we want could only harm us. So what's the point??? Gays and lesbians had this issue about their right of getting married. Well they had the right to get married but married with the same sex??? No, A big NO. A state that doesn't allow same sex marriage is not in anyway violates the rights of the homosexual. Same sex marriage is a SIN. A sin that could only harm them for sure. I heard of wedding ceremony in Baguio. A pastor of a small church in Baguio officiates a same sex marriage... Imagine same sex marriage??? What was the pastor thinking when he accepted to officiates the wedding? Is he really a pastor? Because if he is, he would in no way accept to perform that wedding because it is not just out of the norm, it's a SIN, Well what's happening in this world? Let me just point that I'm not discriminating the gays and the lesbians nor am I condemning them. I have no right whatsoever to judge or to condemned them because I'm not perfect. I'm just same as they, sinners. Marriage should only for a man and a woman. The Bible is clear with that.
But for Adam no suitable helper was found. So the LORD God caused the man to fall into a deep sleep; and while he was sleeping, he took one of the man’s ribs and then closed up the place with flesh. Then the LORD God made a woman from the rib he had taken out of the man, and he brought her to the man. The man said, “This is now bone of my bones and flesh of my flesh; she shall be called ‘woman,’ for she was taken out of man.” That is why a man leaves his father and mother and is united to his wife, and they become one flesh.
- Genesis 2:21-24
“‘If a man has sexual relations with a man as one does with a woman, both of them have done what is detestable. They are to be put to death; their blood will be on their own heads
- Leviticus 20:13
God created woman as a helper for Adam not another man. God created man and a woman so in the same way marriage is for man and woman. Well they might say that God loves them anyway despite who they are. Yes, God loves us for who we are, God loves us despite being a sinner but God hates sin. God did not send His son to condemned the world but to save the world through Him. Jesus did not come to condemned the world but to save what was lost. Jesus didn't hate, didn't discriminate nor condemned sinners but Jesus hates sin and does not tolerate it.

At dawn he appeared again in the temple courts, where all the people gathered around him, and he sat down to teach them. The teachers of the law and the Pharisees brought in a woman caught in adultery. They made her stand before the group and said to Jesus, “Teacher, this woman was caught in the act of adultery. In the Law Moses commanded us to stone such women. Now what do you say?” They were using this question as a trap, in order to have a basis for accusing him.
But Jesus bent down and started to write on the ground with his finger. When they kept on questioning him, he straightened up and said to them, “Let any one of you who is without sin be the first to throw a stone at her.” Again he stooped down and wrote on the ground.
At this, those who heard began to go away one at a time, the older ones first, until only Jesus was left, with the woman still standing there. Jesus straightened up and asked her, “Woman, where are they? Has no one condemned you?”
 “No one, sir,” she said.
“Then neither do I condemn you,” Jesus declared. “Go now and leave your life of sin.”
- John 8:2-11

Jesus did not condemned the adulterous woman but Jesus did said to leave your life of sin, in other version He says "Go and sin no more"

I'm stressing once again that I'm not judging, discriminating or in any way denying their rights. I have no right to judge, "Do not judge or you to will be judged" - Matthew 7:1.

I can't but God can

Have you ever felt so much pressure in life that you start to wonder if you can still able to stand up and take the challenge? Pressures are everywhere, imposed by people around us. But it is our attitude and how we handle pressure that makes us different from others who succumb from life's pressure. Last Saturday, I felt so much pressure from work. When our boss talk to us about some work related issues I got worried and pressured. Worrying was starting to creep inside of me but I immediately shrug it off by starting to pray. I started praying to God while our boss was still talking to us. That's the good thing about God. We can talk to Him anytime of the day and He's never to busy to listen to us. I ask God to help me. During that small  meeting,  little conversation starts inside my head. "Can I do it?" then the reply inside my head said  "I can't do it but God can." Yesterday in the church service, it seems that God is confirming me that. We sang the song "Nothing is impossible." Here's the lyrics.

Through You I can do anything
I can do all things
'Cause it's You who gives me strength
Nothing is impossible
Through You blind eyes are open
Strongholds are broken
I am living by faith
Nothing is impossible
I'm not gonna live by what I see
I'm not gonna live by what I feel
Deep down I know that You're here with me
And I know that You can do anything
I believe, I believe
I believe, I believe in you.

Then a Pastor tells a message that nothing is impossible with God, that God is the God of impossible. God had gave me His confirmation through the praise and worship and through the message. Yes there still the pressure but with God's help I know I can make it through...

When regret strikes....

Attended a seminar a while ago about PAS update. I'm glad, additional CPE credit units. The speaker was good, the room was lively, there's even some interaction between the audience and the speaker. I felt I was in school again or rather in a review school again. But while listening to the seminar, a realization of regret falls upon me. I could have a better practice of my profession if apply in big firms. Three years ago when I was looking for my first job after passing the board, I did not tried to apply in big firms, I never even tried to pass my application to them. Why??? I'm scared, scared of pressure and expectations, and scared of being rejected. So I just applied in private companies and some medium firms. I got accepted in a private company but I felt that the work was not challenging enough for someone who had passed the board so I resigned. I got my second job in a small firm, I learned a lot especially regulatory compliance. After more than a year I resigned and got a new job near our place, it's also a small firm. I do learn a lot working in a small firm but I think that I could have learn more and have better practice of my profession if I was working in big firms. During the seminars regret strikes me. But I was reminded by this verse: "Many are the plans in a person’s heart, but it is the LORD’s purpose that prevails." I may have a lot of things in my mind for my carreer but it's still God's plan that will prevail. To stop regret from eating me, I relied on that verse. If it is God's will for me to work in big firms I'm sure that God will place me there but since I'm not there then the answer should be clear. Right now, It's not His will for me to be there and I don't know if a time will come that God would put me in that place. But whether that time will come or not I'am rest assured, for God promised "For I know the plans I have for you, plan to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and future." I was also reminded of what I felt God had told me before, "If God wants something to happen it will happen and no one not even the devil can prevent it from happening"

Modern day Pharisees

Pharisees, whenever I heard the word pharisees I think of hypocrite people. It's like pharisees are equivalent to being hypocrites. During the old times, Pharisees held a prominent places in synagogue. The best illustration of self righteous and pretentious people are the pharisees. They claimed to know everything about the law. They  keep on boasting that they are descendants of Abraham and  love to condemned people. They love to show off their righteous act so people would notice them.
“Be careful not to practice your righteousness in front of others to be seen by them. If you do, you will have no reward from your Father in heaven. “And when you pray, do not be like the hypocrites, for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and on the street corners to be seen by others. Truly I tell you, they have received their reward in full. But when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who is unseen. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you. And when you pray, do not keep on babbling like pagans, for they think they will be heard because of their many words. Do not be like them, for your Father knows what you need before you ask him. “So when you give to the needy, do not announce it with trumpets, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and on the streets, to be honored by others. Truly I tell you, they have received their reward in full. But when you give to the needy, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing, so that your giving may be in secret. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you. “When you fast, do not look somber as the hypocrites do, for they disfigure their faces to show others they are fasting. Truly I tell you, they have received their reward in full. But when you fast, put oil on your head and wash your face, so that it will not be obvious to others that you are fasting, but only to your Father, who is unseen; and your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.
Matthew 6:1-8, 16-18
In our modern day society, there are a lot of hypocrite people, the so called "pharisees". They are not necessarily be a religious leader of a church. Modern day pharisees are those people claiming to be Christian and yet their actions are very much different from what they are claiming. There a lot of christian who are so nice, sweet, and Christlike when they are inside the church but outside that four corners of the church??? huh..,,,??? I doubt if you would even think that they are Christians. There are some Christians who think so highly of themselves while condemning others, "I'm better than you because at least I don't drink, I don't smoke, blah blah blah," familiar with that line. Instead of bringing lost brothers and sisters to Christ, they condemned them while they exalt themselves. Well how about those Christians who discriminate non believers? Pharisees so much love to discriminate sinners (as if they themselves were not sinners). They refused to associates with sinners. When the Pharisees questioned Jesus on why was He eating with sinners, Jesus said "it is not the healthy who needs a doctor but the sick." Now I would like to tell the same thing to those so called "christians" who keeps on discriminating non believers. I remember what a pastor had told us about what Mahatma Ghandi had to say about Christ and Christianity. He said, "Oh, I don't reject your Christ. I love your Christ. It's just that so many of you Christians are so unlike your Christ." what made Ghandi said such things???

Mahatma Gandhi is one of the most respected leaders of modern history. A Hindu, Gandhi nevertheless admired Jesus and often quoted from the Sermon on the Mount. Once when the missionary E. Stanley Jones met with Gandhi he asked him, “Mr. Gandhi, though you quote the words of Christ often, why is that you appear to so adamantly reject becoming his follower?”
Gandhi replied, “Oh, I don’t reject your Christ. I love your Christ. It’s just that so many of you Christians are so unlike your Christ.”
Apparently Gandhi’s rejection of Christianity grew out of an incident that happened when he was a young man practising law in South Africa. He had become attracted to the Christian faith, had studied the Bible and the teachings of Jesus, and was seriously exploring becoming a Christian. And so he decided to attend a church service. As he came up the steps of the large church where he intended to go, a white South African elder of the church barred his way at the door. “Where do you think you’re going, kaffir?” the man asked Gandhi in a belligerent tone of voice.
Gandhi replied, “I’d like to attend worship here.”
The church elder snarled at him, “There’s no room for kaffirs in this church. Get out of here or I’ll have my assistants throw you down the steps.”
From that moment, Gandhi said, he decided to adopt what good he found in Christianity, but would never again consider becoming a Christian if it meant being part of the church.
How we treat those others tells people MORE about what we believe, and what following Jesus means to us, than all the fine sermons we deliver.
- Source Unknown
We are Christ ambassadors, so we should be very careful with our actions, how we live and the way we treat others. It could make or break what others think about Christianity. Don't be a stumbling block to people around you especially to non-christians.

Guilty for being a hypocrites, for being a pharisees??? Well I admit that at times I'm being like the pharisees. But with God's grace I know that I can change to become a better person, to become more Christlike Christian.

My first ever poem

My first ever and last poem I composed.

That picture was my first ever and the last poem I had ever composed in my 24 years and 11 months of existence. I made this poem back when I was in third year high school. Neither was I in love nor inspired when I wrote this. I'm no poet nor a writer. It was an obligation on my part as a student that had made me wrote this poem. In our English subject we had an assignment to composed a sonnet. The end product with creative design must be printed and laminated. Since during those times we still don't have computer, and I, being a responsible student who always afraid of getting failing mark decided to make mine in handwriting. I cut stationery to served as my designs. The end result was that picture you see above. Here's the poem I wrote, and by the way I think that this poem entitled "LOVE" has no thought at all, well except for some few lines.

LOVE
Love is the light of our life
It gives us inspiration
Never reaches expiration
Sometimes it's like a sharp knife,

That's planted inside our heart
Sometimes it even gives pain
But love would always remain
Love would never be that hard.

Cause Love would always be soft
like a pillow we use to hug
When we feel alone and sad

Love is like an immense loft
like an ice cream on a mug
Love could never be that bad.

The first line "Love is the light of our life" does not comes from my mind. I just read that line in some book. I felt that it was good to start my sonnet with that line so I borrowed the line from the author.

In His perfect time

I'm saddened, disappointed with my new job. I think that my work from my previous job is more okay, more challenging compare to this new job I had. So I got a little depressed. But someone had said to me that I'm responsible for my happiness. Happiness does not comes from someone or from something. Happiness depends upon my attitude toward things. The circumstances had nothing to do with it. I choose to be happy or I choose not to be. She told me that in everything that I do, I should do it for God's glory, that i need to be a faithful worker in the things that God had entrusted upon me even though it's just small things. She said that  if I can be trusted with small things, a time will come that God will entrust me with much bigger things. So as of now I need to change my attitude toward things. I need to be happy, to be content, to be grateful, and make sure that I do my best with the work that God had entrusted to me because in his perfect time God will reward me with bigger things.

Love is more than a feeling

Love is more than a feeling, Love is not based on feelings alone.  Feelings are unpredictable, unstable, it changes overtime. Feelings just come and go. Nowadays a lot of married couple got divorce, why? because the foundation of their marriage was their feelings, as time goes by, those feelings changes so is their love for each other. True love is a choice, it is based on a commitment. Love is a choice, a careful choice we all should made. Remember Jesus, He chose to suffer for us. Remember the scene at the Garden of Gethsemane, Jesus was overwhelmed with sorrow to the point of death. See, if Jesus would just allow to let His feelings rule over Him, He would have not suffered. He might just go away but He did not. He chose us that's why He choose to suffer the death at the cross to save you and me. Here's a poem I would like to share. I learned this poem when I was in high school, way back in the valentines day of  2002. I don't know who authored it but the message is exemplary.

Love is more than a feeling
Love is a DECISION
 A decision based on
more than an attraction to a person.
Love is a careful process
of reasoning and commitment,
You think it through,
You weigh all the facts,
You make a conscious choice.
Marriage based on feelings alone
stand on dangerous ground.
That's because feelings can --
and will -- change,
But a love based on
DECISION & COMMITMENT
will withstand the changing winds of feelings.
God shows us how to love each other
God sticks by us no matter what
through all sorts of feelings.
That's Unconditional Love.
Love is more than a feeling,
LOVE IS A DECISION

At the end of the poem.... I signed my name where I decide to commit to being the right person rather than finding the right person.

God will make a way where there seems to be no way

This morning at the church service, we sang "God will make a way". This song reminded of my difficulties I had in the past. During those times, I think that there's no way I could ever get out of my situation. Yes, I pray, but it seems that the circumstances was not getting any better. One day while in a jeep going home. I sang this song. ♫♫♫ God will make a way where there seems to be no way. He works in ways we cannot see, He will make a way for me. ♫♫♫ This song gives me hope in the midst of my difficulties. It reminds me that even when I'm unaware of it, God is making a way. I may think that there's no way for my situation to get any better but the song told me otherwise. Even when there seems to be no way, God will make a way. It's true, while waiting for God to deliver me from my difficulties I continue on praying. And you know what's amazing??? Right now I'm no longer in that difficulties for God had really made a way for me. Let me just tell you that God's way is far better, awesome and amazing than the solutions I had in my mind during those times. And I'm really am so grateful for my Father God for making things well for me. Anyway here's the lyrics of the song God will make a way.
God will make a way
Where there seems to be no way
He works in ways we cannot see
He will make a way for me
He will be my guide
Hold me closely to His side
With love and strength
For each new day
He will make a way
He will make a way

By a roadway in the wilderness
He'll lead me
And rivers in the desert will I see
Heaven and earth will fade
But His Word will still remain
He will do something new today
So if you think that there's no way out with your situation, think again. God will make away where there seems to be no way. Trust God. We may not understand what's happening around us but we can trust that God had a purpose why things happened.

Few things that I'm going to miss

Tomorrow will be my last day of work at my second job and sure I'm going to miss a few things there. I'm happy that I'm going to start another chapter of my life with my new job. But it's inevitable that I'm going to miss some few thing with my second job. I've been with my second job for more than a year now, actually to be exact, I've been with them one year, nine months and fifteen days. With my stay there, there are a lot of memories that I will carry with me, both happy and sad memories. It's unavoidable that there would be some sad moments like misunderstanding within the office. But I rather choose to keep and to remember only the happy memories I had with them. Here are the few things that I'm going to miss with my second job, my soon to be former job:
  • The laughter, jokes (the laughter we had when we are having our lunch or meriendas, the laughter we had during busy season).
  • The long Christmas break (Unlike other company and firm we have long Christmas break as long as we have no pending work, I hope with my new job it's also the same)
  • The travel. (With my second job, I got to go to far places alone, I'm going to miss the adventure of travelling alone in far places).
  • Work (I'll miss what I had been doing with my second job).
  • Lastly I will miss those people who in a short time become part of my life, who in a short time become my friends.

Have a grateful heart not a complaining one

Today is my first day of work from my new job though I'm still working to my soon to be former job. Let me explain that statement, I already resign from my work but because of the one month rule of the Labor code I still need to work there for a month.  Since my working day from my soon to be former job is until Friday I was able to go to my new work today. My first day, the weather is rainy. Actually it is raining since yesterday. I don't know how to interpret this rainy day. Is it a good sign or not? I remember that my interview from that job was also on a rainy Saturday but the interview didn't push thru and it's because of the heavy rain during that time. I can't say that I'm happy because I was a little disappointed, things were not what I had expected. Honestly I prefer my work(what I'm doing) with my soon to be former job compare to what I'm doing to my new job. I'm such a bad person, I was praying to God for this job and when He already gave it to me, what did God get in return? Instead of hearing a thanks from me, He hears disappointment. Was God happy from my actions? I don't think so. Instead of being discontented, be thankful, have a grateful heart not a complaining heart. If God wants me to have that kind of job what is that to me. God knows best. He only gives what best for us. God knows me more than I know my self.

Waitng

Waiting, I think all my life I had been waiting for someone or for something. Years ago when I was a student I am what you called early bird. I had been punctual in most of my student life. I came to school early when we have an activity (group work project etc). I always been on time or rather earlier than the call time even though I know the fact that not all of them will come on time. So the result I wait, I wait until they come. Yesterday, was another day of waiting time for me. Thursday night I apply online for a certain job, I was expecting that they will contact me the next day. I put my cellphone in front of me to make sure that  I won't missed there call if ever they will contact me, office hours had passed but they didn't contact me. I was really so disappointed, depressed and sad. Just an hour ago when I open my mail, I got a reply from them. I should have opened my mail earlier because they send it early this morning. Seeing there reply make me teary eye. There are even times that I get emotional when waiting. I remember when one of my classmate borrow a book from me. She's the one who needed something right? but I'm still were the one who is waiting for her at our rendezvous. That's when I get emotional and it entered my mind that I had been waiting for my entire life. I asked myself if there would come a time that there would be someone who will be waiting for me instead of me waiting for them. Then I remember that there are two person who always wait for me. My papa would always wait for me outside the school gate whenever I had an evening class. Imagine my class end at 9:00 pm. My papa would leave the house at 7:30 pm and arrived at school around 8 pm. He would wait for me for an hour, it's good if the professor would dismissed us early but imagine our class starts at 7:30 and usually professor would arrived at 8. So normally if that would be the case we start class at 8. We were just starting with our class but my papa was down there outside the gate standing and waiting for me.I told him many times that he does not need to leave home early but he replied that's it's alright for him to wait, better early than late. The other person who is always waiting for me on the other side, who is the most patient person I know, it's none other than Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ is waiting for more than 2,000 years for all of us to turn to Him, to accept Him as our personal savior but sadly until now He's still waiting. When we go astray Christ is patiently waiting for us to return to Him. When we become stubborn and want to do things our way, He patiently wait for us to turn to Him, to come to Him, to acknowledge Him and to accepts He's purpose for us.  Whenever I got depressed, sad, angry while waiting I pray to God, telling Him what I feels. Sometimes waiting gets tiring, I felt the same also most of the time, but if we patiently wait for God to answer our prayer and not to rush things up we will see how wonderful and amazing things would be. I'm not saying that I'm expert when it comes to waiting, in fact I'am not. I always got impatient but God still patiently guide me and teach me to be patient. I would like to share a preaching from our church entitled "Season of waiting". It's very inspiring but I haven't time to edit it but I'll post it here if I finished it. So for the meantime watch this music video "While I'm waiting " by John Waller

My papa

I'm so thankful to my Heavenly Father for blessing me with a good earthly papa. My papa didn't finished school, He didn't even finished high school. At an early age around 18 to 19 years old he started working while me and most people at that age were still studying and enjoying life. My papa is an industrious person, he works hard for us. He wakes up early at around four in the morning, We're not rich but my papa was able to send us to school and make me finished college. I finished school three years ago, thanks to my papa, his boss who help us financially and of course thanks to my Heavenly Father who help us during tough times. When I graduated from kindergarten, elementary, high school and college, my papa was not able to attend the graduation ceremony because of his work. He cannot afford to get absent, I don't take it against him because I understand the situation. I know he needs to work for us. But he was able to see my college graduation through DVD though, thanks to the technology. I know he's proud of me. Every night my father would give us vitamin and water, He's not just reminding us, telling us to drink vitamin but he give it to each of us personally. Every morning my papa would put my vitamin in the dining table so I won't forget to drink it. When I had overnight at office my papa would prepare my vitamins and put it inside my bag and would text me to remind me to drink it. Despite being tired from work, he still make time to prepare my bed for me. When one of us got sick, he would always call home from work from time to time asking if we're okay. Sometimes he would even drop by to see whether we're okay or feeling well. I remember when I resigned from my first job and started applying for another job, He keeps on asking if I still have money for transportation fare and for food. He never pressure me even if I wasn't able to find a job immediately. My papa is good, he's nice, he's patient with us, I won't replace him from any other papa in this world. The only problem I have with my papa is his salvation. He's not a Christian but I keep on praying to my Heavenly Father for my papa's salvation and I know at God's perfect time my papa would accept Christ as his personal Savior.

Happy father’s day!

Would definitely miss you, God bless to your new endeavor!

An officemate which I considered my superior is resigning. She's been in the company for almost two decades. I believed that she's an asset of the company and I just don't understand why the company just easily let her go. They could have offer her other incentive or increase her salary. She's good at her work and I think she deserve any incentives that the company could have counter offer her. Sadly, the company didn't have any counter offer to her, they just let her go. I'm so sad, for two reason, first because I was planning to move but because of her resignation, I must delayed my planned. Secondly, because of the fact that she is moving. I gonna miss her. She's good, she's nice. Every time I had questioned with work she willingly help me even if she is busy. Perhaps that's why God had blesses her with knowledge because she's not selfish, she's willing to impart or share what she knows. I just prayed that in her new job she would able to get to know who God really is. I pray that her eyes would be opened to see the truth. I pray for her salvation. I definitely would miss her. God bless to your new endeavor

First time

First time, Whenever it's your first time to do something or first time to go to some place you'll feel nervous and scared right??? Well just a while ago I felt exactly like that. I was doing a field work, going on to that place from our office is not a problem because I got to go together with the person whom I will render my service. The problem arises when I finished my work and need to go back to office. The person whom I worked for told me to ride a taxi, she gave me a fare for taxi. I never in my 24 years of existence rode a taxi alone so naturally I really felt so nervous. Well the place is not far, it's just around the Makati area (travel time is just around 10 to 15 minutes) but still first time is first time. In my nervousness I forgot to take precautionary action like getting the plate number of the taxi and text it to any of my close friend or relatives, in case something might happened to me. But thankfully nothing happened to me, was able to got to the office safe and sound. So thankful to God for always protecting me.

On a second thought....

While in the jeep going home, it crossed my mind or should I say I was tempted to play lotto. I was tempted because of the huge jackpot price which is now about 205 million pesos. We're not rich and I'm in the middle of what I so called "crisis in my life". I want to resign from my present job but I'm worrying, what if I wasn't able to find a job immediately after my resignation? Then it crossed my mind, what if I play and win the lotto then my problem will be solved. Anyway playing lotto would only cost me 20 pesos and if I win, I'll be an instant millionaire, the 205 million will be mine. I can resigned at once and there's no need to be in a hurry to look for another job but on a second thought.... I choose to trust God instead of betting in the lotto. I know that God will be my provider so there's no need to try my luck on some lotto games.

How do you describe your love for God???

How would you describe your love for God??? That was the question asked by CAB during our carecell this afternoon. I answered her that I don't know. Honestly I really don't know how would I describe it and until now I'm still wondering the word to describe my love for God. So while pondering, I examine myself, my motive. I asked questions, like why do I go to church every sunday? why am I joining carecell? and why do I suddenly attend prayer meeting? Since I graduated from high school (I graduated from a christian school where every week we had a chapel service) I was worried that I won't be able to go to a church because my parents have different religion. So when the time my mother become a born again christian I was glad. I can go with her in a small church. In 2008 of October 20 while waiting for the result of the exam that I had taken, In my anxiety I told God that if He would just let me pass the exam I would go to church every sunday. Well I wasn't able to fulfilled my promise to go every sunday because there are times that I have to work during sunday particularly in the months of March to April. Though I wasn't able to  fulfilled my promise God is still faithful. I joined carecell because I made a promised again to God at around the 1st quarter of 2009 that if He would just let me get out of my current situation I would joined carecell. He did help me get out of my situation and right now I'm still attending carecell but it's not every week Then the 3rd question that I asked my self why do I suddenly attend prayer meeting? Well I attend prayer meeting because of the difficulty I am having right now with my current job. I remember what DS said during sunday service when she was inviting us to joined the prayer meeting. She had said something like there are things that we like to happened but we don't have the control over the situation so all we can do is pray because prayer is powerful. See I have some problems, so I attended prayer meeting. I read my bible regularly. Back when I was in high school I read my bible because I want to know more about God but now I don't know if knowing more about God is still my reason. There are times when because of tiredness I wasn't able to read my bible and because of that I got fear that something might get wrong. Am I just doing what I'm doing because of my love for God or am I doing it because I fear that if I didn't, things will not turn out well, am I just doing it  to make sure that thing will go okay for me. In my thinking I come to the point of asking myself if I truly love God. I know my fear is unreasonable because God is a loving father. Though we might desert Him, go away from Him, forget Him God will never ever leave us nor forsake us. He still love us no matter what. His love for us never change. I still don't know the word to describe my love for God and I'm still confused. But I know that in time God will make things clear for me and by then I would have the word to describe my love for my Abba Father in Heaven

A lollipop for you

A father giving his daughter a lollipop

When a kid cries or feels bad, sometimes you just have to give her a lollipop to make her stop crying and to brighten up her day. Just a while ago I feel so bad, so down as in super. It seem that you did all your best in your work and yet a client still expresses his dissatisfaction over your work, and what's more, that client is talking to my superior at the top of his lungs. I feel bad, it seems that it's my fault. That client was assigned to me and my superior was being scolded because of my work. and also 因為有一個人在辦公室. I really felt like crying, while waiting for a Jeep going home and still thinking about those things and being emotional I saw a college friend. I approached her and we talk for a while. After our chitchat, you could see a smile in my face because of the gladness that I felt in seeing a friend. I can't help but think how amazing God is. Just at the time that I feel so bad, so down, so depressed, that I felt like crying, God gave me a lollipop to make me feel better. He let me meet a college friend.

And another thing, when I open my face book I felt like God is saying something to me through the application -- God wants you to know. It says:

On this day of your life, Elle, we believe God wants you to know ... that you weren't created to be a failure.
Message from God
Sure some things may not have worked out and there have been some disappointments. But all these things helped guide you in a direction that was meant for you. Your life has purpose and significance. Try to be patient if it isn't all crystal clear just yet. For now, just know that you weren't created to fail.

Even though people might not appreciate my effort, I will still do my best because there is someone above who appreciate my effort, there is someone up there who sees how well I do my work and it's none other than my Abba Father. "Whatever you do work at it with all your heart as working for the Lord not for men."

Be careful that you are not deceived

I can't believe this, I can't believe what I'm hearing over the news, from people regarding the beatification of PopeJohn Paul II. In an interviewed a man narrating about his encounter with the pope. He told that he was able to kissed the hand of the pope with the pope's ring in it and how he felt cleansed after kissing it. Upon hearing that interview, I can say that that person is ridiculous. I don't understand why people exalted John Paul II more instead of Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ is the only person who could cleansed us from all our sins and not some human. It is only through Jesus Christ name that our salvation is found.
"Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved.”
- Acts 4:12
"Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me."

- John 14:6
There are even people who prayed and are glorifying the pope as if he is a god. Do you think that if John Paul II is alive He would be glad to see people praying and glorifying him instead of Jesus Christ?  If  John Paul II is really a godly person then he should not be glad, because if he does, he's not at all the godly person most catholic people think he is. The person who should be glorified and exalted is the Lord Jesus Christ alone and not human. Let's see what John the Baptist replied when his followers were concerned that everyone is going to Jesus to be baptized.
After this, Jesus and his disciples went out into the Judean countryside, where he spent some time with them, and baptized. Now John also was baptizing at Aenon near Salim, because there was plenty of water, and people were coming and being baptized. (This was before John was put in prison.) An argument developed between some of John’s disciples and a certain Jew over the matter of ceremonial washing. They came to John and said to him, “Rabbi, that man who was with you on the other side of the Jordan—the one you testified about—look, he is baptizing, and everyone is going to him.” To this John replied, “A person can receive only what is given them from heaven. You yourselves can testify that I said, ‘I am not the Messiah but am sent ahead of him.’ The bride belongs to the bridegroom. The friend who attends the bridegroom waits and listens for him, and is full of joy when he hears the bridegroom’s voice. That joy is mine, and it is now complete. He must become greater; I must become less.”
-John 3:22-30
John the Baptist said "He must become greater, I must become less." John the Baptist was not trying to exalt himself neither does he glorified himself. but he's giving all the glory to the Lord Jesus Christ. Or in case of Paul and Barnabas, what did they do when people in Lystra tried to make them a god and offered sacrifices to them.
In Lystra there sat a man who was lame. He had been that way from birth and had never walked. He listened to Paul as he was speaking. Paul looked directly at him, saw that he had faith to be healed and called out, “Stand up on your feet!” At that, the man jumped up and began to walk.

When the crowd saw what Paul had done, they shouted in the Lycaonian language, “The gods have come down to us in human form!” Barnabas they called Zeus, and Paul they called Hermes because he was the chief speaker. The priest of Zeus, whose temple was just outside the city, brought bulls and wreaths to the city gates because he and the crowd wanted to offer sacrifices to them.

But when the apostles Barnabas and Paul heard of this, they tore their clothes and rushed out into the crowd, shouting: “Friends, why are you doing this? We too are only human, like you. We are bringing you good news, telling you to turn from these worthless things to the living God, who made the heavens and the earth and the sea and everything in them.
- Acts 14:8-15
The person (John Paul II) that they are trying to exalt, the person (John Paul II) where they prayed to was only human like us. So why pray to him? Why exalt him and give him the glory that should have been for Jesus Christ alone. Going back to beatification process, Beatification according to wikepedia encyclopedia, is a recognition accorded by a certain Church of a dead person's entrance into Heaven and capacity to intercede on behalf of individuals who pray in his or her name (intercession of saints). According to the free dictionary, is to proclaim (a deceased person) to be one of the blessed and thus worthy of public religious veneration in a particular region or religious congregation and to exalt above all others. We don't need other intercessor other than Jesus Christ. As far as I'm concerned the only mediator we have is the Lord Jesus Christ, We should never prayed to any other people or in any other name except in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. How can a human acts as an interecessor or mediator between the Father God and another human? That can never be because Human no matter how good He lives is by nature a sinner. The only person who can be a mediator is Jesus Christ alone because He is sinless. The canonization of John paul II would only add up to many idols that a certain religion had. Idols by meaning are anything or anyone that takes a person's attention away from the True God. People are praying, glorifying, and exalting John Paul II instead of Jesus Christ. Clearly, that's idolatry. God hates idolatry. The canonization process involves that the person being canonize should show two miracles. They claimed that John Paul II performed one miracle when a French nun was healed from Parkinson disease after praying to him. I know that what the catholic church are doing is definitely wrong but what I don't understand was the miracle that they claimed that John Paul II performed. If what they're doing is not right how can their be miracle? Last night while praying, I asked God the same question, then the preaching of Jesus about the end of times just enter my mind out of nowhere. I believe that it is God answering me about my question. So I look up at the Bible to confirmed the words that Jesus said, and it says:
"At that time if anyone says to you, ‘Look, here is the Messiah!’ or, ‘There he is!’ do not believe it. For false messiahs and false prophets will appear and perform great signs and miracles to deceive, if possible, even the elect. See, I have told you ahead of time"
- Matthew 24:23-25
In the book of Galatians, Paul reaction when many people are turning to a different gospel

"I am astonished that you are so quickly deserting the one who called you to live in the grace of Christ and are turning to a different gospel— which is really no gospel at all. Evidently some people are throwing you into confusion and are trying to pervert the gospel of Christ. But even if we or an angel from heaven should preach a gospel other than the one we preached to you, let them be under God’s curse! As we have already said, so now I say again: If anybody is preaching to you a gospel other than what you accepted, let them be under God’s curse!"
- Galatians 1:6-9
So be careful that you are not deceive by false teachings, false gospels and traditions of religion.

Pencil sharpener

Have you ever thought of using a pencil sharpener in your finger to sharpen your nail?

While I was buying a pencil sharpener today, I remember a funny experience with it when I was young but back then it was not a funny experience. Usually grown up ladies had always had their nail long and polished. In fact my mother had a long nail too. Back then I too would like to have a long nail. I don't know what's running in my head at that time, but you know what I did with my index finger?????? I sharpen it with a pencil sharpener thinking that it would grow long, like a pencil that gets sharpen after using the sharpener. The result??? I cried because I wounded myself and there's a blood... Hahaha........  I really cried because of the pain, it may not be super painful but I was a kid back then. Just a simple pain, wound, blood make any other kids cry so why would I be different. Right now I have no desire of making my nail long, it's not phobia as people may think. I just realized that it's not my style. Now whenever I remember that incidents I would laugh and think how foolish I am for thinking such thing

God knows, God gives even if we didn't ask for it but God likes it when we tell Him everything whether it is a needs or a wants

Normally when we want something we prayed and asked God to gave it to us, Right? In my case there are things (material things) that I like to have that I don't prayed or asked God for. Why? First, I reason to my self that there are a lot of more important things that I need to prayed for than praying for those material things. Second, perhaps I'm too shy to asked God for it. But you know what? He gives even if I didn't asked for it. I remember when I was young, when I was, I think grade 2 that a toy called tamagochi become popular and when I was in grade 4 or 5 that a babyG watch also become popular, like many kids of my age, I too would also like to have one. Though I like to have it I didn't asked my Abba Father to gave it to me as a birthday nor a Christmas gift. I didn't even told God about it. But you know what? He gave it to me as a Christmas present. Then I also remember wishing to have a doll house, whenever my mama and I passed by a store, I would look at that doll house with a longing to have it. I even told my self that when I grow up I would one day buy that doll house but God didn't wait for me to grew up to gave me that doll house. He also gave it to me on a Christmas season. Since I enter grade school till I graduated from college my prayers were all about having good grades, the health and safety of my family and friends, and the solution to any problems I had or my family or friends had. But as far as I could remember I didn't asked God for any material things like toys or what. Well there is an instance that I include material things in my prayer but I just can't remember if I actually asked God for it or am I just telling God that I like this certain thing. I may stressed that there's a difference between asking God for something and just telling Him that you like it. Then last night I told God that I like to have this certain gadget. I don't have any means to buy this gadget because we're not well off. Well I didn't asked or pleaded God to gave it to me, I just told Him about it because God likes it when we tell Him what we needs or what we want. Even though He don't gave us all the things we want, We can be sure of one thing, that He gave us all the things we needed to go on in our life.

God's grace is better than amnesia

Have you ever had embarrassing moment that you would want to erase from your memories? Incidents where people even people whom you considered as friends humiliated you, people even your family who look down on you? Or do you want to forget all the hurtful things that people says and do to you? to forget all those talk behind your back? Well me, I super like. I have this problem where it's really hard for me to forget something that people do or say to me. The Bible says to forgive, Yes I forgave those who at times had hurt me but how do you forget it? How do you erased it from your memories? As the saying goes "The wound heals but it leaves a scar". There are times that I wish to have an amnesia so that I won't remember anything especially those memories that I would like to drive out from my subconscious mind. I don't want to remember those moments where people had hurt me, those times where people look down on me and makes me feels that I'm nothing. I would like to erase all those things from my memories because every time that I remember those things I would get depressed and sad and it makes me also look down on my self to the point where my confidence is  little by little evaporating in the air. But behind all those feelings I'm so thankful that I have Jesus, who I know would help me to forget all those ugly feelings. He said "My grace is sufficient for my power is made perfect in weakness". It is my weakness to forget those bad memories but with God's grace I know in time that I would be able to. Though healed wounds leaves a scar, God can and able to remove those scars and the pain it brought into my life. God's grace is better than amnesia.

Longing for someone whom I haven't met yet or have I?

For those who are single, Are you longing to have or to enter in a romantic relationship? Few years ago I thought what would it feels to have a relationship or even to be courted by someone. I have been single for 24 years. I'm one of those people who are included in the tag "NBSB" No boyfriend since birth. No one even tried to court me. In my 24 years of existence I don't even know what it feels to be courted by someone, to received flowers during valentines. Would I get nervous? would my heart beat fast? So curious what it feels like. I even come to the point of asking my younger sister on how did she answered "yes" to her boyfriend when her boyfriend had asked her the question "Would you be my girlfriend?" I even asked her how did her boyfriend asked that question. I also asked my younger brother on how did he asked his girlfriend with that question. That thought and longing to be courted or to be in a romantic relationship didn't lingered in my mind for that long because I have more serious problems to think about than that. I even tell myself that I have a lot of problems and I don't want other things to add more to my pile. Having or being in a romantic relationship is not at all time happy. Why did I said that? Because I saw people who are in a romantic relationship cried and get hurt. I'm in pain because of the problems I'am facing right now and I don't want pain from having a romantic relationship to add to it. So because of it, I haven't been thinking much about romantic relationship not until yesterday. Yesterday I saw pictures from Facebook of my high school classmate who got married. It seems like people of my age are getting married. A numbers of people I know from high school and college got married and already have children, they already have their family of their own. There are also a lot of people around me who not yet married but is in a relationship with someone. Now I'am thinking would I ever come to the point of having a relationship with someone, would I come to the point of getting married and have a family of my own. I'm longing for someone whom I haven't met yet or have I?. longing to be courted by someone and to be in a relationship with someone God has in mind for me. Well in God's time and if  it is His will, I  know that I will meet the right man that God has in mind for me at the right place and at the right time. God has a plan for each and everyone of us and it includes our love life.

God is faithful, His promises never failed

I'm really so scared, it's only few days to go before the deadline. And right now my work have not been finalized and what's more, another account had been assigned to me and I'm really getting a bit worried. I felt like crying. But you know what God said to me during those time that I felt like crying? He said "How many times have I proven myself faithful to you?" I answered Him "many times already." Then God asked "Then why are you still worrying? why are you still doubting me?" Lord I'm sorry for always worrying, I know that you are faithful and you would never failed me nor forsake me. God is faithful, His promises never failed.

Auditors are mere human

I don't know why people or clients expects too much from an auditor. They think that the job of an auditor is to find any irregularities if there is any from  their company. Well that notion is wrong. Clients should changed their concept about auditors. Auditors' job and responsibility is to audit and to form and express an opinion based on their audit of financial statements that it is free from material misstatement and the assurance that the auditor gives is reasonable assurance and may I stress again REASONABLE assurance not absolute assurance that the financial statements are free from any material misstatements. It is not the responsibility of the auditor to prevent any fraud or irregularities inside the company and it is not also their responsibility to make sure that all your account balances in the financial statement are correct. It is the management responsibility. They also expect that auditor wouldn't commit any mistake as if saying an auditor should have no room for mistakes, well that what most people think, but auditor are mere human who also commit mistakes, No one is perfect and that include auditors.

Making the impossible possible

Get inspired by the preaching this morning in the church. The main theme was making the impossible possible. The scriptures reading was about Jesus feeding the five thousands (John 6:1-14).

Imagined Jesus feeds those five thousand people with just five loaves of bread and two fish, and take note the count of five thousands people does not yet included the women and children. Just Imagined how many people are there if the women and children were counted. The Scriptures also said that those Five thousands people beside the women and children ate and was satisfied. See if we would just look to it in human perspective it would really be impossible to feed thousands of people with just five loaves of bread and two fish but Jesus did. With Jesus He can do the impossible possible.

How do we make the impossible possible?
  • It starts with what we have.
- Jesus feeds those five thousand with what the little boy have - five loaves of bread and two fish.
  • Give what we have
- The boy share His five loaves of bread and two fish
  • Obey what Jesus' command
- The people obey what Jesus says when Jesus told them to sit.

Likewise if we want to make the impossible possible, Give what you have to Jesus do not withheld anything from Him. And besides all the things we have comes from Him so why withheld things that He gave us? then Obey what He commands through the scriptures. and of course don't forget the important ingredients of making the impossible possible, praying and trusting Him who can make the impossible possible.

"If you can" said Jesus, "Everything is possible for Him who believe"
- Mark 9:23

It's been a while

Friends??? I been thinking of them, reminiscing the old times, the happy memories I had with them. College days are so far the best days of my life. Because it was during those day that I had good times and happy memories with my friends. I remember our library moments where we were scolded several times by the librarian for being noisy, the karaoke times, the picture picture times and a lot more. Friends are a gift from God. I had a valentine date with my friends the day before the heart day. We watch a movie and we ate. It's been a while since I last saw them. I'm so glad that we were able to meet up. I had been dreaming of that day and I really didn't expect that it would come true. That day was a free stress day, a break from all stresses in life. So grateful to Father God for giving me a day where I would be away from stress.

The negative and the brighter side of me

Some conversation running inside my mind when I'm stressed, depressed, and upset about things in life.

The negative me: Why do life have to be so complicated?????
The brighter side of me: Life in itself is simple, It's the people who complicate matters. It's your choice whether to live a simple life or to live a life full of complications.

The negative me: Feels like giving up, I feel like I can't go on.
The brighter side of me: If you can't, God can, with God's help you can do everything, you can overcome all the obstacle that comes your way. The bible tells us "I can do everything through Christ who gives me strength" - Philippians 4:13, "Be strong and courageous, do not be discouraged for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go" - Joshua 1:9, "Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the Lord you God goes with you, He will never leave your nor forsake you" - Deuteronomy 31:6

The negative me: I'm so tired of my life, so stressed out......... stressed out about everything, I like to have a stressed free life....
The brighter side of me: You can live a stressed free life..... leave all your burden to God, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light." - Matthew 11:28-30

It was for my own good that I had such hard times

"And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who had been called according to his purpose"
-Romans 8:28
Have you ever go through to a lot of difficulties, trials and sufferings in life? Have you ever had to deal with difficult people or difficult circumstances? And you feel like there's no way out. Me? I have my own share of difficulties in life. Life in itself is so full of uncertainties, sometimes life is happy and sometimes it's not. But one thing is for sure that God sees whatever circumstances we are undergoing through. He sees the pain, the hurt, the suffering that we went through brought by events and people around us. In our pain, God is also in pain, in our suffering God also suffers. I know in my heart that our Heavenly Father is not willing to send all those sufferings in our life but He had to for our own good. Like an earthly father who had a child with cancer. He let his child to undergo through medication process, We all knew that medication for cancer is a painful process. As his child goes through the process, He sees his child suffered and cried in pain, He also along with his child suffers. He's not willing to let his child to suffered all those pain but he had to for his child to get well. In the same way our Heavenly Father had to send those difficulties for our own good. It is through problems, trials and difficulties that God works to mold us to become the person God wants us to be. So if your'e suffering and having difficulty in any way cheer up for God is in control of all our circumstances.
"Who can speak and have it happen if the Lord has not decreed it?"
- Lamentation 3:37.
"I create the light and make the darkness. I send good times and bad times. I, the Lord, am the one who does these things"
-Isaiah 45:7.
"It was for my own good that I had such hard times."
-Isaiah 38:7a

Are you coward???

Have you ever known or met people who are backstabbers? I don't know why but it seems that there are a lot of people who enjoy badmouthing other people behind their back. With their spare time they either gossip or badmouth others, In the process they ended up judging others to the point of degrading others as if they were perfect. Don't they know what the Bible tells us about judging and gossiping?
"Do not judge, or you too will be judged. For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you. Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother's eye and pay no attention to plank in your own eye? How can you say to your brother, 'Let me take the speck out of your eye,' when all the time there is a plank in your own eye? You hypocrite, first take the plank out of your own eye and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother's eye."
-Matthew 7:1-5
"But I tell you that men will have to give account on the day of judgement for every careless word they have spoken."
-Matthew 12:36
"The tongue is a small part of the body, but it makes great boasts. Consider what a great forest is set on fire by a small spark. The tongue also is a fire, a world of evil among the parts of the body. It corrupts the whole person, sets the whole course of his life on fire, and is itself set on fire by hell."
-James 3:5-6
Brothers, do not slander one another. Anyone who speaks against his brother or judges him speaks against the law and judges it. When you judge the law, you are not keeping it, but sitting judgement on it."
-James 4:11
"He who gossip betrays a confidence, but a trustworthy man keeps a secret"
-Proverbs 20:19
I don't know what they can get from talking about the lives of others or what they can get from backstabbing and degrading others. The most coward people in this world are those people who can't tell something against you straight to your face but instead saying those things against you behind your back. Not brave enough, right? Are you one of them? Are you coward?

To different places, Never thought even in my wildest imagination

Before I got my second job. I had never gone to far places alone. When I was a student my routine was home, school, then school, home. You might say that my life as a student was boring but I didn't think it that way back then. I, an introvert person usually prefer to stay at home than outside. And honestly right now, I have a little regret. I should have spend more time with my friends. I should have gone to different places while still a student so as to broaden my experiences. Well it's not yet too late, with my second job I was able to go alone as far as the Bulacan province and that's because the job requires it. At first I was scared, I never gone alone to far places except school and office. When I was still young I gone to Baguio, Tagaytay, and Zambales to name a few but with my relatives. At high school, I gone as far as Laguna because of field trip and the senior's retreat and it's with teachers, counselors and pastors. At college, I gone to the farthest place I ever went through, the province of Isabella. Went their with my friends and it's because one of our subjects requires us to have a plant visit. You see whenever I gone to far places I never traveled alone, it's either I'm with my relatives, with my teachers, counselors, pastors or with my friends. So when my boss told me that I have to go to a place outside Metro manila, my natural reaction was, I was afraid. The first to fourth times I went to M. Bulacan, an officemate goes with me and I think that by the fifth time I went alone and I was really so scared. Then on  my next and succeeding visit to M. Bulacan the nervousness inside me died down and my feelings were normal I'm not scared anymore. Recently because of the year end inventory count I went to P. Bulacan, the first time I went there I traveled with my superior and the second time I traveled alone and I had an uneasy feeling. To go there to P. Bulacan I need to go to the Grace Park bus terminal, It's my first time to go alone there at that terminal and was afraid that I won't be able to see it or the jeep that I rode might passed it without me noticing it but thankfully to God I was able to noticed it. Then yesterday I went to Araneta Cubao alone. During my fourth year in college I remembered going to Cubao with my friend. But yesterday I went there alone to meet my officemate and to do work. Never thought even in my wildest imagination that I would be able to went to those places alone. So far I already went as far as Pasay, Makati, Monumento, Grace park, M. Bulacan, P. Bulacan and to Cubao alone. And right now I'm waiting where's the next place that I'll be traveling alone. It's fun because it will add to my experiences, and going to places alone teaches me to become more independent and to be dependent only to God. Well at first it was scary but when you got used to it the feelings would be normal.

I'm in a good hand with God

Another year had passed, another year has come. Oh how times really flies so fast. It seems that the year had just turn 2010 and now it's already 2011. I don't know what to expect this year. I don't know what would happened to my life. Will I'll be rich? Will I a have blossoming carrier, or will I finally get a love life? I don't know the answers to those question but God does. God knows what lies ahead. Whatever God has in mind for me I know it's for my own good, that's what he promises in His word to His sons and daughters. "For I know the plans I have for you declared the Lord plan to prosper you and not to harm you plans to give you a hope and a future" Jeremiah 29:11. So there's no need for me to be afraid about what year 2011 will brings. In fact I welcome 2011 with a smile because I'am rest assured that I'm in a good hand with God.
